My main goal is to ensure you feel and look your best with result driven and completely customizable treatments, meant to unleash that Divine Energy Within! (Please make sure to book your appointments accordingly. Contact me if you need to request a specific date outside of the designated dates) Let’s go over the policies: • A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Confirmations are required at least 24hours from your appointment. No confirmation by this time will result in cancellation • Same day cancellations (within 24 hours from your appointment) will result in a cancellation fee that will equal to 35% of your service total, notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Increment weather conditions are the only exception. • There is a 10min Grace Period, Anything passed 10min will be considered a No Show resulting in Cancellation Fee and Will Require Rescheduling. How to Prepare for your Appointment? • Arrive on time to get the most out of your Facial/ Lash Service. If you know you will be late, kindly let me know. • Please come to your appointment with clean lashes. No mascara, lash glue, face makeup, no contacts. Retention will be affected if your lashes are not clean. • Wear comfortable clothes as service times may very from 60min to 3hrs depending on the services. • Please plan accordingly Lash extensions/ Facial services are Luxury Services that cannot be performed in a short time frame.
